The Position
As a Growthink Business Development and Consulting Professional working from our Los Angeles headquarters, you will:

Manage business development efforts to prospective Growthink clients - from initial contact, through client qualification, through proposal development, contract execution, invoicing, and payment. These prospective clients will come both from within the Growthink network, and via developing and cultivating relationships with referrers such as private equity firms, bank officers, attorneys, and accountants.

As deals are won, you will then work with your Growthink colleagues to project manage and deliver services, which most typically involve market research, strategic business and exit planning, and fund-raising and merger and acquisition strategies and execution for emerging and middle market companies.

As Growthink is a small, fast-growing firm, you will also participate in various company-building activities, such as participating in new marketing campaigns and improving the company's sales and project management processes.

Ability to engage entrepreneurs and business owners and executives in meaningful, creative, high trust conversations to assess their needs and objectives

Proven ability to win and manage large and complex consulting / professional services assignments

Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills

Proximity to our LAX office (Century Blvd.) location
Compensation
