We are a strategic consulting and investment banking firm with offices in Los Angeles and New York. We conduct market research, prepare business plans, and represent our clients to financial and strategic investors and acquirers.

As we are currently in a high growth mode, we are looking for the right individuals to contribute to and participate in our Company expansion. 

The Position

As a Growthink Director of Business Development working from our Los Angeles headquarters, you will:

• In conjunction with your Growthink colleagues, manage business development efforts to prospective Growthink clients. These prospective clients will come both from within the Growthink network, and from your personal and professional networks, and from developing relationships via the Growthink platform. 
• As deals are won, you will then work with your Growthink colleagues to project manage and deliver services, which most typically involve market research, strategic business and exit planning, and fund-raising and merger and acquisition strategies and execution for emerging and middle market companies.

• Ability to engage entrepreneurs and business owners and executives in meaningful, creative, high trust conversations to assess their needs and objectives
• Proven ability to win and manage large and complex consulting / professional services assignments
• Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
• Proximity to our LAX office (Century Blvd.) location

Compensation

• Salary plus Commission plus Bonus
