We are a strategic consulting and investment banking firm with offices in Los Angeles and New York. We conduct market research, prepare business plans, and represent our clients to financial and strategic investors and acquirers.

Position Description

As a Growthink Securities (Growthink's wholly-owned subsidiary broker-dealer investment bank) deal manager, you would work with Company principals to manage, distribute, and close client financing and merger and acquisition assignments.

Our clients are primarily emerging and middle market technology companies - who are usually financed and / or acquired by private equity and venture capital firms, their strategic partners / competitors, and / or accredited, individual investors.

We pride ourselves on our highly collaborative, fast-paced work environment, which is both professional and informal. Our clients are the cutting edge emerging and middle market companies of the 21st Century, and we have developed unique business development and deal management processes to serve them and to participate in their growth.

You would interface with these clients - leveraging Growthink's unique brand and reputation in this marketplace. As we are currently in a growth mode, we are looking for the right individuals to contribute to and participate in our Company expansion. 

Position Qualifications

• Ability to engage investors, entrepreneurs and executives in meaningful, creative, high trust conversations
• Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
• Financial / investment banking sales and deal distribution, promotion, and closing experience
• Series 79 licensing a plus (Licensing will be required for the position)
• Proximity to our LAX office (Century Blvd.) location

Compensation

• Salary plus Commission plus Bonus
