As a GT Securities Business Development Director you would promote, over the phone, the firm's value proposition to prospective clients.
These prospective clients are almost exclusively CEOs and business owners of lower middle market companies (Revenues $10 million+) seeking to pursue strategic alternatives, most usually and importantly a sale of their business to a strategic or financial acquirer.
High enthusiasm and competence in phone-based prospecting of high level, sophisticated CEOs and business owners
Once a prospect is established, proven ability and willingness to follow a well-defined relationship-building, needs assessment, and closing process
